I am starting my 3rd week of Induction. During the first two weeks I have lost 14.4 lbs. I am new to Atkins, but when I hit days that the scale wouldn't budge, I re-evaluated my meal plan. Are you keeping your net carbs to 20/day? Are you getting at least 12-15 of those from veggies? I found this a little cumbersome to calculate, and had to plan ahead...but I noticed when I kept those numbers in check, I saw results. Also I have read that keeping your daily carbs to 5% is ideal. But I have yet to get mine that low. I shoot for 10% or less.
Also, are you getting any exercise? Even a quick 15 minute walk will help. I know this isn't always easy to do. I work full time with a toddler at home. I try to keep active with my daughter then that way we both benefit, even if it's just pulling her around the neighborhood in her wagon. I realize that everyone is different and I think a lot of being successful at this is to find what works best for you. Keep your chin up and stay focused. It will happen. Good luck!
