I am finished my eighth week. I will probably be on it for months. So far it has been easy and I am losing weight but I fear any changes that might stop the weight loss.

2 weeks on induction,lost 2.5 lbs.I have been doing the plan totally wrong,i only found Fat Secrets yesterday and it has already given me so much information and encouragement.Look out Fat, I am back on track!!!

I am "starting" Atkins today. I technically started last week on Monday but I wasn't paying any attention to the NC so I was way over eating. I am following it now to the T.

Charades the changes are how you learn what you can and can not eat to lose weight. It is hard to get 12 to 15 grams of vegetable carbs in every day but as long as you continue to work the program and stay true to yourself, you will succeed. I tried WW last year and gained 3lbs each week so now I have to lose the weight I gained back plus the weight I never lost. Remember to watch the salt content of food so you do not retain water. I love pickles but they are not always good for me. Good Luck!

I am struggling to get my NC requirements in each day. I just don't feel hungry. I am eating salad veggies and the other allowed ones. I find it hard to eat 2 cups of salad in one sitting.

The first time I started Atkins I had the same issue the first 2 weeks. Unfortunately, I stalled but when I checked my calorie count it was too low so I changed the types of food I was of eating and my appetite increased and the weightloss continued.

On Atkins is it important to keep your calories up? When I eat Low Carb i find i am not hungry! Please help!!!!
