I am a noob to this group. In my third week on Induction and following it to the letter. Not once have I gone over 20g carbs and I even managed to drink 95 oz water every day. The diet is not the problem (except the idea of never having cake again) it is increasing my physical activity. I am taking it slow. In the past, on any of my yo yo diets I would start the first day I felt energized and exercise up a storm. The next day I would hurt so I would not exercise till the pain was gone and by that time had lost momentum. I have so much to lose I will be on Induction no less than six months. On my profile I checked share with everyone but it never shows up.

Just start off slow with the exercise. You might be a little sore the next day, but not hurting. Even if you start with 10 minutes of walking, and add 5 minutes each week, you'll see a difference and feel great. Don't talk yourself out of it! "If you wait for the motivation, it will never come." - Oprah

Hang it there - you're doing great!

Yes, I am doing great despite lack of encouragement from my scale, my tape measure, my pants. I am taking the increase in my activity ...I am not calling it exercise because I do not consider it exercise...exercise hurtsSmile...slow. I have made the mistake in the past of launching myself from the couch to a marathon only to wake up in agony that took days to go away and by that time my momentum was lost and my desire to move had returned to hiding deep in its closet.
