Hi everyone, Did the Atkins in the 80s and now I am going to do it again. It is alot different this time with the veggies. I am having trouble getting things right. My daughter eats an omlet in the morning with frozen spinach from Sams club. I am going to try that and see if it helps. I am just trying to balance everything. It is hard to get it just right. Any tips you have please let me know., Thanks.

I have an omlet w/ ham or bacon, cheese, green peppers and green onions. You can also add mushrooms.

I love western omeletes with cheese, onions, red/green peppers. Yum!

Get a food scale to weigh the veggies so you can be accurate. I did atkins a long time ago too but I like the addition of the veggies this time. Just have to pick the right veggies. I like green beans, salad greens (one net card per two cups), cauliflower, asparagus. do internet services for ideas as well. I am just five days back so I have limited my net carbs but if I have been hungry I have let myself eat more cheese than the now 4 oz max. I have noticed being less hungry as the days go on. Remember LIFESTYLE!
