Hi everyone, Did the Atkins in the 80s and now I am going to do it again. It is alot different this time with the veggies. I am having trouble getting things right. My daughter eats an omlet in the morning with frozen spinach from Sams club. I am going to try that and see if it helps. I am just trying to balance everything. It is hard to get it just right. Any tips you have please let me know., Thanks.
