I am hoping to get some motivation pointers, I am always able to get a few good workouts in and then I fall off the wagon and he like 10 tacos. What do you guys do to stay motivated but also incorporate for favorite foods into your life?

I allow myself a cheat day where I don't stress or worry about what I take in ...the catch is that I have to really push myself during the week so I can reward myself on Saturday. My current crave is hot wings from American Deli (IDK if you've heard of them). This is my splurge food. It takes a lot of mindpower and willpower but I stick with it. My husband is my spotter (he watches to see if I'm overindulging) and he let's me know if my will slips and I start to fall off the wagon. He also is very encouraging and helps to keep me motivated.
