Does anyone have any Phase 3 tips, recipes, etc that they can send my way. I am just hitting a wall with ideas. =(

For Breakfast? I kept it simple. There is a brand of bagels in the health food area of the grocery store (in the freezer case) that is called P28 Bagels or you can google them online. I would have one of these with a serving of peanut butter - the bagel has 28 grams of protein so it covers your carb and your protein serving. Or I would do an IP vanilla protein drink (or Premier Protein from the store) blend with serving of peanut butter (2 tbsp) and a serving of frozen blueberries (1 cup). My weekend option was usually 3 eggs with whole wheat toast and butter.
