I've been on since Jan 2012 and lost 97.5lbs so far. I had a period where I phased off for a vacation in the fall. I have about 15 more to lose so I'm close as well.

I started on 9/24 and I've lost 87 lbs to date. I'm hoping to lose another 110-115 lbs. So I'm not close yet but wow does it feel great to have hope!

I attended the seminar today and will start tomorrow. Two other employees in my building also attended, which will be great support. I'm ready!

Lost 70 pounds in about 5 months, going onto phase 4 tomorrow.
I loved this diet, it's hard but it works so quickly and I don't have a bunch of loose skin.
Don't know how it works, but it does Smile

Congrats!! and keep us posted. I'm starting week four and have lost 16.5. My Ideal Protein coach lets us mix and match products, so I'm able to try different things and mix up my breakfasts (omelet during weekdays, shake on weekends). I really like the lemon & p/b soy puffs for my pm snack. I am also totally loving Walden Farms products. Bacon Ranch dressing is my fav. I will also forever continue using their ketchup & BBQ sauces. Still many more products to try.

Hi all, I am in my 3rd week of IP. I was stuck in my house for several days (blizzard) and found this very challenging. Mostly I do not feel too hungry and have been able to stick to the program. I had one cabin fever day in which I slipped--otherwise all good. The first 2 weeks brought me a six pound loss. I have a total of 15 or 20 to lose so my coach says that it is generally a bit more slow going. I am hoping to see a few more pounds gone tomorrow when I weigh in at the end of week 3.
I am drinking tons of water and sticking to the plan!
