Hello!? I just joined FS last week and have been figuring out all of the great tools! I like the support I have seen on these posts. I joined because I've been doing too much talking about getting healthier and not enough doing!! Trying to get some accountability and support at the same time. I am putting myself out there in hopes of getting some source of "hey, did you do your stuff today? Did you check in!? Did you weigh in?! Did you eat healthy and make good choices!!"because I don't always have the motivation to stay on track. Basically, after four kids and a sit down job I am finding myself tired, out of shape, and overweight. I am 41 years old and weigh 215 lbs. My ultimate goal weight is 140-150 lbs. I am breaking that into smaller goals, though, of 25 lb. increments. So, my first goal is to lose 25 lbs. by the end of May 2013. That gives me twelve weeks and a healthy weight loss of 2 lbs a week. Wish me luck and feel free to hold me accountable Very Happy

I am initially copying and pasting this to the groups I am joining instead of retyping everything. So if you see this post again in another group we both have joined, that's why Wink

Hello, how are you? I joined FS last year, but I failed as I always have in the past. So, now I'm back to it and taking it very seriously this time. I just turned 38 and I want to be a sexy 40. That's my long term goal. Short term, I need to lose as much weight as possible by May, as you do. My fiancé is out of town going to school, and I'd like to look great when he gets back. I am in need of support as you are and I'd love to keep in touch. Good luck to you. Lisa

hi, am in the same boat, 41, mum of 4, and lost myself along the way here now weighing in at 185lbs and need to shift this... have tried so many times and fell off the wagon within days.... really really need a swift kick up the behind to start me off.... a friend has lost 19lbs in 7 weeks and when she told me how well she feels it reminded me of how much excess weight i am carrying around every day!!! no wonder i am bloody exhaused all the time.

I just dont seem to have the time to eat properley and seem to survive on toast and junk!!!
