Good morning all!
I'm new to the group & relatively new to FS.
My current wt lose endevour is due to a challenge with a friend. We made a bet on SuperBowl Sunday 2/5/2012. We haven't seen each other since & he won't tell me how he's doing. Maybe because I won't tell him. Lol
I did some research & couldn't decide between 2 diets that seemed like they would work for me so I combined them. I pick low glycemic foods (Low Glycemic Diet), with values under 50 & then make sure that they are low in fat & high in fiber (20/30 fat/fiber diet).
So far so good! Down 12#s & 5.5 inches!!!!
I'm sooooo gonna beat Mike!
