Absolute favorite breakfast ON THE PLANET....Fat free Greek style yogurt, mixed with a bit of stevia (for sweetness), topped with cut up strawberries, a small handful of blueberries, then a sprinkle of sliced almonds, two chopped up walnut halves and a tablespoon of organic flax pumpkin granola. Not exactly a "recipe", but the best breakfast ever and loaded with protein, a small amount of good fats and calcium.

Great late summer breakfast. Eggs any style, cantaloupe, sliced tomatoes.
