Honey adds calories to try warm water with nimbu 2 to 3 times a day. Do not add salt, keeps you hydrated through out the day.

Hi!
I am no expert but an excellent naturopath told me that you should not do this for more than two months. The plan that he suggested me is as follows:
0-2 month : Honey(2tsp) + Nimbu(1/2)in 250ml warm water first thing in the morning
2-4 month : aloevera juice(preferably fresh or pick the bottled one with pulp)
4-6 month : Soaked methi seeds (overnight) drink its water first thing in morning. and if you're diabetic then eat the sprouted moong just before every meal(1 tsp)

repeat the same cycle for next 6 months if needed.

don't try any of the above for more than 2 month.
