Hey, My fitness trainer recommended me to go into a no carb diet, to cut down my excess weight. Well to be honest, this is not the first time i am trying it, its my 4th attempt .. and i have to say the only reason being my consistency .. so wanted to join to this group, so that i can get some motivation, guidance, and support. Yes i can!!

Our body needs carbs, I do not think you will feel satiated enough not having them at all, you can try reducing them for dinner, but I do not believe is a healthy option to remove all of them completely from ur diet.
