In Week #2 : Once you figure out your target weight and know how many calories you will be eating each day you are ready to start tracking your food and staying within your calorie range.

I have searched out many sites and find the tracker here on FatSecret to be the best & easiest for me.

Tracking should be simple and not time consuming for you other wise you will get frustrated and just give up.
