I have been on many rounds of hhcg and rxhcg, but I was getting ubearably irritabe and flying off the handle, needing to lose the 35 lbs or so I've put on over the past while, I want to be back on track and going down the scale. I'm on my 12th day of protocol but I am jumping from 500 to 800 officially as of today. I downloaded Sonia Russel's e-book this morning and off to the races, or should I say marathon. I'd love to have a support system on here.

I'm on hcg right now. I noticed irritability, fatigue, and even dizziness...I think it is a lack of potassium. I started a supplement and there is a vast difference. At the beginning of the diet, I also increased my protein from 3 oz to 4 oz, added an extra piece of fruit in the afternoon, and am allowing myself a little but more milk in the morning. 500 calories just isn't enough for me, considering how active I am. I stay under 700...and typically between 600-650.
I'm still losing weight...quickly. I have 5 more days to go, in phase 2, but I think I may continue for 5 more days before I enter phase 3. Best of luck!

nice to meet you thanks for responding to my post! Yes I did do much better yesterday wtih adding more protein and more veggies. I agree with you I need to stay away from the blue chips I cheated today on the way home in the car. I'm going to up my dose of hcg because I went down today and that didn't work as well for me.

I definitely need the hcg doses...I wouldn't cut back on that. Do your best with the "cheating"... Over the 4th of July, my family did a potluck bbq with all the faves. I allowed myself a bite of everything, and cut back my protein 1 oz each meal. It didn't even out, but I didn't feel deprived. The scale didn't move in either direction...so I guess it wasn't too bad. So my solution to cheating: 1) avoid situations that cause me to cheat (i.e. going out to eat with co-workers), 2) make my meals delicious--I got into a chicken rut...then decided to switch to fish and shrimp for a bit, it shook things up for me, 3) when I cheat, I make a conscious decision, and limit myself so I have a very small portion. With this diet, I really think that success is optimized when you don't cheat...and even though I cheated for a day, I lost less than my average for several days thereafter. This is just what works for me...if you have any tips to share, I'd love to hear them.

Hi guys,
750 calories work for me, which allows me to exercise too. I'm on day 9 and have lost approx. 10.5 lbs (I forgot to weigh myself when I stated) I've done the Homeopathic drops before at 500 calories, but I was starving, bored after 2 weeks and gained the weight back. I have learned that most homeopathic drops (over the counter) do not contain the proper amount of HCG, only traces. I tested my drops and they came out negative. I was disappointed, but I believe that is why I struggled. Now I'm using injections, which I love, especially since I was horrible about remembering to take my drops 15 minutes before I drank or ate anything. I'm excited about everyone's journey and I wish you all much success in reaching your weight loss goal.
