I began this diet on the 9th of March. The clinic I went to started me out with an 1800 calorie per day. There is no way I can eat that much in one day with the food list that they issued.
Staying with the food list I am average 500 to 600 calories per day. Starting weight 225 lbs. This morning weighed in at 211. Almost excited, I have another week before I go back to work, might have to go buy some pants a size or two smaller.
