I’m on my 6th and hopefully final round of HCG. The 1st 2 weeks and the last week seem to be my hardest. You’d think after losing 111lbs and under 20lbs left to go that would be incentive enough. Not quite, for me – but here are a couple of things that’s been helping me lately when I’ve been craving to have extra melba toast or grissini:
1) Milk – I save my tablespoon of milk to have with a couple of cups or a pot of tea and that chases my night time cravings away
2) Out of sight, out of mind – I seem to lose control and overeat my grissini (not the same with the melba toast) but I like to use it for my oven fried chicken/chicken cutlet recipes. So I grind up a few of them and then hid the rest away. I don’t even remember where I put them and almost forgot I had them.
Wanted to share since last night I almost broke down and had an extra melba toast but had tea instead. Woke up this morning and I’d lost .4 lbs. Excellent considering loss in the last week is slow. I’ve now lost 2.4lbs this final week. In 3 days I’m already ahead of my 5 round average by .3 and still have 4 days to go!!
