I’m on my 6th and hopefully final round of HCG. The 1st 2 weeks and the last week seem to be my hardest. You’d think after losing 111lbs and under 20lbs left to go that would be incentive enough. Not quite, for me – but here are a couple of things that’s been helping me lately when I’ve been craving to have extra melba toast or grissini:
1) Milk – I save my tablespoon of milk to have with a couple of cups or a pot of tea and that chases my night time cravings away
2) Out of sight, out of mind – I seem to lose control and overeat my grissini (not the same with the melba toast) but I like to use it for my oven fried chicken/chicken cutlet recipes. So I grind up a few of them and then hid the rest away. I don’t even remember where I put them and almost forgot I had them.

Wanted to share since last night I almost broke down and had an extra melba toast but had tea instead. Woke up this morning and I’d lost .4 lbs. Excellent considering loss in the last week is slow. I’ve now lost 2.4lbs this final week. In 3 days I’m already ahead of my 5 round average by .3 and still have 4 days to go!! 
Very Happy

I'm so glad I wrote this message. Last night I almost snuck and extra melba toast, using the excuse that my tummy wasn't feeling well. I opened a new package and even put the toast to my mouth then I thought of what I wrote and put the toast back in the package. Instead I drank some more water and had a couple more strawberries, which fit into my day's allowance. Feels good to stay on course and it pays.

WOW Congrats on your huge accomplishment! How long did it take you to lose the weight? My friends emailed me all the info from when her mom did this diet and lost 70 pounds. I am a little nervous about the website though, looks like the drops ship from China and take a month to get here :/ pushing my goals back a bit in terms of timeline. Where do you get your drops? Any help you can provide is appreciated!

It took me 22 months to lose 116.8lbs. Mind you I had some slips here and there, but I've never had this type of success on any other weight loss program ever. I just ordered shots for my mom out of India and I think she got it in a coupe of week - the hold up is customs if anything. We used - you’ll get $30 off your first order from them when using the code: CID292127 – but it’s only good the 1st time you go there. If you want to shop around, I suggest going there from someone’s computer.

Other places I've heard people recommend: Reliable RX and though I've never used them.

For supplies I've used

Good luck. Be sure to read the manuscript over and over - it helps!
