HCG Diet Support

Hi all, I am doing the HCG drops. Starting today I've tried to restart several times before and failed. When I first started HCG( over a year ago) I was 193 and lost 30 pounds and went to 163(been able to keep the weight off with no problem), and now I am 169 after the holidays. My new goal is 145. That around where I'd like to stay bc I'm 5'7 but who knows maybe I'll hit 138 nice weight goal just don't want to be to much underweight!!! Need support to get me through this ph. 1, very excited!

I'm right there with you. Hopefully, we will all be successful in 20123 I'm starting with the pellets. I did injections before.

How did your weight in go today? I lost 1.8 pounds today, you? Drops under your tongue work great as well,thats what I'm doing. How are the pellets?

Correction I lost 2.4 pounds

I'm there too. I've done HCG injections & drops both resulting in 15lb losses... Problem is, I've gained it back both times. On day 1 loading. Need any tips you have on getting past 15 lb mark & reaching goal.

Spr167, you lost 2.4 pounds in one day? That's amazing! I have been on my second round for exactly one week now and I have lost 5 pounds so far. I ate a lot of things that I wasn't supposed to thought,so I think that's why I didn't lose more.

Just wondering...What brand HGC drops is everybody using? I just started using drops for the first time today. So Im new to this.

Hello, I am usimg homepathic hcg drops. The brand I believe is Rapid Slim.
I don 't know if works as a placebo. The fact is that I lost about 20 pounds and kept it off for 3 months. I needed a break. I started again last friday and i am doing it again. I am very happy and I know that eating like before is not an option anymore. I cheat once i a while but i hope to get to my weight in 4 weeks. I WILL GET TO MY GOAL AND I WILL KEEP WORKIG TO MAINTAIN IT.
