It explains so much. I highly recommend it to those who are sitting on the fence about whole grains still. Dr. Davis now says NO oatmeal either. SO ... no grains! Makes going Primal seem more and more the thing to do.
Hi all... I am Mom2Boxers and a newbie to Primal Blueprint. I am just learning so bear with me. It's all like learning a new language... I am still cleaning out the pantries and freezer little by little of the grains but not buying any more if I can help it.
