Neutral Disappointed in myself that I'm back on here to lose more weight than the last time but it has to get done. I need all the support I can on this.

Anyways, my birthday is on June 11. I am weighing in today as 180 and would like to lose 50-60lbs this year. Hopefully by June I'll be halfway there at my goal weighing about 140-150.

I am going to aim at losing five a month for now, although I know once exercise is included I'll probably be able to manage a little bit more. Cool let's it, let's goooooo!! lol

Keeping, please do not be "disappointed in yourself", to know you have to get back in the game is a great positive. Always look at the small positives. It will really lead to larger positives. We are all here for the same reason so we all have your back. Shout if you need to talk. I am always here in the evenings.
