
Disappointed in myself that I'm back on here to lose more weight than the last time but it has to get done. I need all the support I can on this.
Anyways, my birthday is on June 11. I am weighing in today as 180 and would like to lose 50-60lbs this year. Hopefully by June I'll be halfway there at my goal weighing about 140-150.
I am going to aim at losing five a month for now, although I know once exercise is included I'll probably be able to manage a little bit more.
