My birthday is on May 11th and I'd like to lose about 15lb by then.
I'm 5ft 5 and I went from being 178 to 132 about a year ago and I stopped dieting as I have reached a normal weight. I'd like to lose a little more and get the shape that I really want. My problem is the lack of motivation at the moment, please help me stay on track! Crying or Very sad

You can do it!!!! What diet are you doing? What you've done is TERRIFIC, keep it up. Just a little bit to go.
