Whatever your weight loss goal might be, it will be easier to get there if you have people to support you who have similar goals. This group is for everyone, no matter what age, who wants to loose weight and have some friendly support while they work to get under that 200 mark. Please be prepared to check in regularly, support others and ask for support when you need it. AND when we any of us makes it to 199, please tell us!
