Hey all, start thinking about what goals you want to make for next year. New Years Resolutions will be broken, so don't even bother. Make yourself a few attainable goals and write them down to hold yourself accountable for them. You can also do weekly ones such as making sure to drink your 8 glasses of water per day; or read one motivational article a day; or walk 45 minutes a day; or eat your required fiber a day, whatever it is you want. Take aim and get direction!
