I just bought Dragon Age Origins (c. 2009) for the PS3. This will be my first time to play an RPG. I'm excited about the RPG aspect of it, since I have been playing Mass Effect 2 off-and-on the past month or so. I really like the character creation and story of the RPG type games now.

Before I begin, and if you have played it before, does anyone know of any 'gotchas' or nifty easter eggs within the game?

How was it? ( figured you have already finished since this post was 5 months ago ) I have wanted to play Dragon Age, bought Dragon age origins played for 5 mins. then mysteriously the next day the disk was ruined I think one of my kids used it as a skate or something. Never replaced it or played. I love Bioware though great games and story telling I am in the middle of another ME series play through this time on insanity.

Love the dragon age series, mass effect and currently playing skyrim aswell on ps3, its awesome!!! Origins on dragon age is good, but number 2 compleatly blows it out of the water! Combat is soooo slow in number one. but in general love the series, really looking forward to Inquisition! Mass effect i was majors addicted to, play the trilogy 3 times over, will miss my femshep in number 4 thoughSad

everything bioware has ever made is worth playing, all the way back to the baldur's gate series (still holds up astonishingly well for a game as old as it is). currently on a new runthrough of me3.

I love all the Bioware games. I've played DA & ME all the way through all three versions several times now. I can't wait for the next ones to come out this year. Ü
