So, last Wednesday I decided to jump back into diet and exercise for the upteenth millionth time. But this time I thought I would find a better way to keep motivated and to keep myself on track. I discovered this printable daily planner

I printed off 7, got them laminated and I use a dry erase marker to fill them out every day. Having to physically write everything down has definitely made a difference, especially since I keep them on my computer desk - so I have to stare are them all the time.

I feel like I'm actually doing something useful throughout the day and accomplishing a lot because I see what I need to do and then I get to cross it off when I'm done.

So I suppose if you're a visual person like me, this might help you out. Think of it as a quest log Razz

I'm also keeping up with my daily food intakes on here and evaluating what I should eat. That's especially true later during the day, that whole - well, I have 800 calories left so... yeah okay, I can have a glass of wine.

I dig them. It fits well into the idea of writing down three things you want to accomplish each day that I've seen written about elsewhere.
