About this Group:

Several studies have shown that people who keep food journals are more likely to be successful in losing weight and keeping it off.
This group is for people who can do with an extra push and a daily reminder to enter their daily food intake and to be honest about everything they eat! Moaning is allowed too :o)
Think what may work is if we add each other as buddies that way we can send each other reminder messages and some encouragement.
If some of you want we can swap numbers for a friendly TEXT reminder to do food entry.
Obviously food journal must be put on display so we can keep an eye on each other :o)

If you are a food entry enthusiast then you can give us tips, advice and the push we need!
