Anyone do sprint exercising? My niece does it... many years younger, lighter and tight. She does bike 90 secs. on and 15 rest. I'm scared I'd have a heart attack.

Can anyone share with me any info on this type of exercising and if they've had better luck doing sprints vs peddling 25-30 minutes? I use a recumbent bike due to my knee.

I am doing sprints in my indoor cycling(spinning) and it's great cardio work, which forces you to work at a higher level (sprint) and then you some, do not expect to do all at once, just helps if you have a class near by at a gym or studio...they motivate you and it is fun to try.
