Anyone do sprint exercising? My niece does it... many years younger, lighter and tight. She does bike 90 secs. on and 15 rest. I'm scared I'd have a heart attack.
Can anyone share with me any info on this type of exercising and if they've had better luck doing sprints vs peddling 25-30 minutes? I use a recumbent bike due to my knee.
