My name is Jen, ive been a home gym junkie for a long time. I still go to a gym 3 days a week ( I find it easier to stay motivated with others around me.) Was wondering, how u record home exercises in your journals with equipment not listed on the exercise journal list (ie, resistance bands, elliptical, balance ball) i cant find sit ups either, Help!
