All - I am new here to this forum. I had followed the Fat Flush plan about 3 and 1/2 years ago and saw lots of success but then now 2 pregnancies later and having had to abandon the diet during those times, I have gained all the weight back. I am hoping to get started with this diet once again and hoping to find some group support here.

Good to start again. I have just begun this for the first time within the past two weeks. My only issue is that I still want sugar! It is just habit but it makes me crazy.

Hi there, just done with the 2 week fat flush and lost a nice 8 lb feeling good but really don't want it to bounce back! To the sugar lover, try fueling this craving with fruit. My biggest struggle is with alcohol, salt, fat in that order Smile I'm going to really try the fat flush lifestyle plan but incorporate more raw vegan food as the diet has too much animal protein for my personal taste. I've got two amazing recipe suggestions for beef/lamb meatloaf and a rattatouille if anyone is interested. Good luck to us all!!
