I'm going to really try the fat flush lifestyle plan but incorporate more raw vegan food as the diet has too much animal protein for my personal taste. I've got two amazing recipe suggestions for beef/lamb meatloaf and a rattatouille if anyone is interested. Good luck to us all!!
