Hi there, long story short: day 5 of attack phase (last day) and birthday party = few vodka and diet cokes + 2 shots of sambuca. I feel terrible about it and I was so stupid to accept the first drink which then led to all the rest. I was wondering, I'm pretty sure this has probably kicked me out of ketosis, I'm assuming I've been in it this week as I lost 3lbs in 5 days and that's pretty much unheard of for me! So, which phase should I continue on today? Should I do a couple more days on ye attack phase to even it out with the alcohol or go straight onto the cruise phase? So confused and angry with myself Sad never going to go out again! Or until I'm 125lbs anyway!

Many thanks in advance!

Hi SergeantS. I have also fallen off the wagon during the holidays. I gained 4 pounds. not horrible. But never be angry at yourself for enjoying life. In the book it says to do a couple of days of attack phase if you have fallen off the wagon once you are in the cruise phase or higher. Since you were still in the attack phase pick up where you left off. do a few days of attach phase and you will be right back on track. Good luck.

Thank you for your response, only just saw it for some reason!

I did one extra day on attack and went straight onto cruise which seems to have worked okay. I haven't shifted at all, not even one ounce, in 3 days but I'm hoping that by saturday (normal weigh-in day) I will have lost something!

Thank you for your advice Smile

Just keep up the good work. It is ok to fall off the wagon, just spit in your hands and go back on it. I did only the cruise phase and it did work for me. Good luck!
