2 lbs lean ground beef, 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard, 1/2 cup low carb Ketchup, 2 tbs Marjoram, 1 tbs dried basil, 1 tbs dried parsley, 1 tbs oregano, 1 tbs thyme, 2 tsp salt, 2 tsp pepper, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 4 cloves garlic chopped, 1/4 cup green bell pepper, 1 small onion very finely chopped, 1/2 cup low carb spaghetti sauce of your choice, 1 tbs olive oil, 1 large egg beaten (optional). In a large bowl combine beef, egg, seasonings and dressings in a bowl. Put mixture into a sprayed loaf pan then top with pasta sauce and mozzarella cheese. Place pan on bottom rack of oven and bake in preheated oven at 375 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving/slicing. Garnish with parsley if desired.
