Hi im Mary, I am back yet again hoping it will stick this time. Atkins as always worked best for me until something happens and I fall off and dont get back on, those stikin carbs. Last time I got the flu and couldnt stomach my regular routine and it was just the excuse I needed to fall off. Since then I was on this wierd diet that is shakes that atleast got me back down to where I was when I fell off ( dr mandated) but I miss my atkins I just feel so much better eating this way. I find I can still have meals with my family which is a big thing for me its just our take a time out of the day and just the three of us instead of us all going in different directions. It is hard to explain to a four year old why mommy is not eathing the same thing as her. So here goes....
p.s. I have been going good for three days now and starting to feel good again and getting some energy.

Thanks its hard to stay motivated, specially with co-workers eating all kinds of junk food all around me... I wish I could work from home!

Hoping doesn't get the job done. Give yourself positive thoughts - I will reach my goal and maintain it by ..... Whatever you are willing to do. You will be successful this time.
