Forget the chocolate cake, what's past is done, you can't unring a bell. Phase 2 of Atkins is adding in 5 more carbs PER WEEK! This allows you to see what you can tolerate while still losing weight. Your carb count is just way to high, way to high. I think it'd be hard for someone in maintenance to even stay at their goal with that many, your recording 50+ per day where you shouldn't be more than 30 if it's week 2. Sorry, you've got to bring that number down a whole lot yet if you want to continue. It's also recommended you add in more vegetables and then the nuts and fruit once you see where you can comfortably sit as far as carb intake.
I think you've jumped off the deep end thinking phase 2 is a free for all which isn't going to help you in the long run. It's a gradual change over, everything must be done slowly, very very slowly while your body adjusts to the changes. It might be best at this point to go back to induction for a week until you have all this under control again then add in 5 carbs at a time per week. Once your at a stall or even gaining you'll have to pull them back some until you reach the stage of losing at a consistent rate again.
You've done so well up till now, get the carbs and the calories down a bunch, get back on track and zoom through the rest of it. It's a whole new learning curve which takes time, don't be hard on yourself, read up as much as you can on the different phases and be ready to enjoy some things you've been missing. You'll be so glad you did.
Good luck, you should be proud of yourself for what you've accomplished so far, keep up that great work to get you to the end.
