I need to lose 60lbs. I lost 16 lbs a year ago and then went on a trip and it slowly came back after I was too lazy to go back on Atkins.

I am restarting this week with full dedication. The past three weeks I was doing Atkins well during the week but fell off during the weekend. I am sick and tired of doing it only half way. I will be sticking to my menus much more closely now.

I am down 7lbs from my start. I know I can lose more than that in 3 weeks. So as of today I am reaffirming my commitment.

I am 5'0 almost 31 and a mom to a six year old. I am at 185 right now and would love to be in the 170's by Halloween. Then my next goal will be the 160's by Thanksgiving and the 150' s by Christmas

My doctor would like to see me in the 120's or 130's due to my height and bone structure. Here is hoping I can do 10-15 lbs a month like I did last year

It is crazy how much this post reminds me of myself. I had lost around 40 pounds and then went on vacation in June and just went crazy. I put 15 pounds back on and since then I will go on and off mostly sticking to it during the week but cheating on the weekends. I too am now finally back in the atkins swing of things again and determined to lose the 15 and keep going from there. We can do it!

I agree! Atkins definitely works. I think I need to up my fat intake and definitely my water

Ack! Went off plan on Saturday. Back on plan Sunday and definitely today. I need to break past 185. My body likes 185 waaay to much!

185 is also a set point for me. Hard to get past, so I deliberately went off last week. Back on track now. It seemed to break the plateau.
