I've been doing Atkins (not my first time!) for a month now. Down 12 pounds, but I had a couple of stalls mid month. I also realized I was overdoing my snacks. Now that I have recorded every bite of food, I can see where I have to pull up my socks. I am hoping February will have a better result! Plus I am going to Hawaii at the end of March, so I have a goal. I would like to be down at least 20 more pounds by then.

Good luck, I too was stalling and have found writing down every bite I have helps me see where I am overdoing it.
