You are not alone, all of us are here for you...
we all need help and support. You can do this, remember it's just one day at a time...one pound at a time.
Go back and read thru the book again just to refresh yourself. Remember that you should be eating 12-15 net carbs in veggies from the list in the book. That will always be a given..drink your water, this is a hugh help.
Are you doing induction or have you moved to OWL ?
Check the book to make sure you are eating within your given limits. I looked at your profile and you did quite well for a long time, we all have bumps in the road..don't worry about it,tomorrow is a new day, just get back on that horse and go for it. Don't beat yourself up over what was...keep asking questions- we're all here for the same reason..and so we all need help and support from each other.
Let us know if you need help...Good Luck !!

Thank you for your support. I was doing well. Checking into the Atkins site daily. Just started slipping. I know I can do it. Just need support. I have been reading the book again.
I will start on induction again. Love my veggies so that is not a problem. I promise to drink lots of water. That really is not a problem either.
Today is my new day.

Tofu has some very good advice, I slipped for a while and regained weight, I've een back for a week now and I'm feeling strong. Get over those first few days, fill up on all the good allowed foods esp the fat and protein to fill you up. Make sure you eat the right vege's and nc and you will feel so much better.
I have started re reading the book, that was good advice, amazing how much you forget! I post every day in this group under daily check in, with some other lovely friends in the same boat, so you are welcome to check in there and keep us up dated, you are not alone!

I do feel so much better eating this way. It was someones birthday at work today. I didn't even want a bite of cake. Back to no sugar cravings and feel better for it.

I'm new to the group too. Have stopped and started Atkins a few times - always do well on it, just have to keep being vigilant I guess. I started on induction again two weeks ago - but came down with the flu and have just been too sick to be able to cook and prepare like I need to. Starting to feel a bit better now so will hit the ground running once again.

Wecome juls, Hope you are feeling better soon. Are you sure you don't have the Atkins flu? Make sure you are drinking your full fat, full sodium broth and eating avocados.

I'm new to this group, but not new to Atkins altho am starting it again. Had started it in Feb, did pretty good, then life got crazy and I got back into comfort eating. Tried WW for a couple months, but gained weight on it. Am going to eat what we've got in the house (can't afford to just throw it out), but will start Induction on Wednesday. Hopefully, this time I'll be able to stick to it and really do this!

Welcome to the group you guys! This is an amazing group for support! I dont visit as often as I should, have been crazy busy! But love it here. If I am having a hard time I just pop in and get renewed inspiration. All the best to both of you, and everyone else here. You can do it, I have made it to my goal and am maintaining. It is possible to do it! Keep up the awesome work!
If you have the right mindset then nothing can stop you from reaching your goals! Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels!
