To break your stall you could increase your fats some more, cut your protien and even cut carbs a bit more too; at least temporarily, even only one or two days per week. You don't need to reduce calories if you can get the fats up. Cut the protien portion to the minimum 80-85g and replace it with more fatty sauces, dressings or condiments like mayo; or add supplimental fats like flaxseed oil or one of the benefitial Omega 3 oils. You're doing awesome accounting for your foods. Keep up the fluids and find a fiber suppliment that you can tolerate that also helps. Dietary fats, I think, are NOT usually the cause of constipation; in fact I think fat usally helps keep things moving. Constipation is usually a protien to fiber imbalance--too much protien/not enough fiber. If you're getting lots of fluids and still have constipation it's probably due to not enough fiber. Fiber absorbs liquid in the intestines--a good thing, because it helps prevent and/or overcome constipation. Also add a calcium-magnesium supplement which not only helps with constipation but has also been shown to help with weight loss. (Remember the old fashioned Milk of Magnesia? Magnesium helps with constipation.)
