I do so good during the day and when I get home I compile lots of different things and sit in front of the television, but thats not all, I keep getting up and getting more and more food and then I feel guilty and say I will start my diet tomorrow and the same thing happens again and again, please! please! help.

I do the same thing. If you can have people around you that will help. Get outside and away from food. It is very frustrating and I always feels worse when I am done. I finaly said my health is my number asset, I need to change.

That is exactly what I've been like, and it's increased over the past year. I think the scare-tactic of health complications is what gets some people into gear. Maybe changing your view from 'I need to lose weight and stop bingeing' to 'My health is at serious risk if I don't stop'. There are enough health risks out there to change your habits. You CAN change it...good luck Smile

I do it all the time; I've done it today in fact and I never feel guilty. I live with my mum, she see's what I'm doing and she never says anything but I wish she would then I'd feel ashamed so I'm less likely to do it again.

it's worse because i do my homework on the kitchen table so i'm constantly "taking a break" or BORED and eat. i hate it!

Well - I can see there is very little to no activity over here. Crying or Very sad

If I do not see it pick up soon, I will remove it from my list. Shock
