Come on, let me hear from you people on here

I need to know about any mini challenges that may interest you.
In the meantime, I would like to submit another mini challenge...walking.I know almost everyone walks at work or sometime during the day, but this needs to be
in addition to your normal walking.
Take time out in the morning or at night to walk for
thirty (30) minutes. Take a friend or a pet with you so that the time flies and it doesn't seem to be a punishment to yourself. Take your kids with you, you'll enjoy it.
Try this mini challenge on a daily basis for the next
two weeks and let me know how everything is going. We all want to hear your results.
