1. my goal for this week is to try to drink 6-8 glasses of water.

Great goals, glad to see you with us here at Arkansans For A Healthier Future. I would have said hello when you joined, but my internet has been up and down alot and has made it near impossible to get online for any amount of time.

Remember, if you can drink at least one glass of water before each meal, you will eat less and lose some weight that way as well.

A lot of times when I think I'm hungry, I find that I'm really thirsty instead. I know they're expensive, but I always keep flavored water on hand. I'm not a big tap water drinker.
