Here we go...I found an interesting mini challenge on another page that sounded pretty decent and not really that hard to accomplish.
1. Drink 2-8oz glasses of water before each meal
2. Drink 2-8oz glasses of water first thing in the morning (even before your coffee).
3. This amount (16oz) is about the same as most bottled water (16.9oz)
4. You
are allowed to add flavouring as long as it is sugar-free.
5. Keep a bathroom nearby =) Just a joke.
6. Eat four or five small meals during the day instead of two or three large meals. Refer to #1.
***IMPORTANT*** DO NOT drink only water and do not drink just water in excess. Your body cannot handle large amounts of water and you may end up hurting yourself more than helping yourself.Drinking water before eating will cause you to not be able to eat as much as you normally do. If you drink the required amount of water, you must eat
SOME food. If drinking the 16oz of water causes you to not want any food, drop down to drinking just 8oz water before each meal. Any amount of food you can replace with water will help you.

I plan to continue until I hate water, which actually happened many years ago. I plan to use Wal-Mart Great Value Cherry Limeade flavoring in my water. I have actually been doing this for a few days now and haven't had any problems.
