cr2880, such as is the curse of being a woman. Losing weight with a man will always make you feel bad because they lose it so much easier than we do. My advice to you is to keep up the good work. Sometimes it takes time for our bodies to get with the program and start shedding the weight. I know it is discouraging to see the same number and no improvement with all your hard work, but it will come. Sometimes though you need to adjust your calorie intake below the recommended number for your age and weight. Just give it another week and if you still haven't lost any weight that is my advice to you, lower calorie intake and maybe change up your exercise routine. Your body will get comfortable if you are doing the same exercises every day for the same amount of time with no change. Good luck!
