This diet is amazing. I have tried weight watchers and other diets several times and have never gotten the results I needed. Alli WILL work if you follow the diet as directed. Alli is the only weight loss pill that is approved by the FDA. There are no jittery side effects and if you follow the directions you will not feel any side effects at all. However, if you do not follow the plan you will experience some not so plesant side effects. However, after 4 months of following the plan I can honestly say that I have had NO SIDE EFFECTS what-so-ever!!! Just lost lots of weight. I have gone from 214 lbs to 180 lbs in just 4 months. I do not starve myself at all, at times I find it hard to eat all the calories I need for the day. Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in using the Alli diet plan!

I saw on Dr Oz Webchat they recommend Alli for a jump start. What is your thoughts on this? Once you have lost the weight, is this a lifestyle change? or just a temporary fix..?

I used Alli in the past and believe it was helpful for me. I did not suffer any side effects at all. My only problem is that I tend to FORGET to take the pill. I am going to start Alli again and strive to do better.

It's definitely not a temporary fix if you truly stick to the diet and learn from it. The pill is a jump start to help you get it going, but the plan is something we can all keep using once we have lost the weight.
