This group is dedicated to those who love to hoof-it outdoors. Our focus is to lose weight by pounding the ground, no matter what the weather is, everyday. Getting back to nature is only natural.

Whether it's 100+, no clouds, on blacktop; 20 below, with blowing snow, through the drifts; or even heavy rain, sloshing through the woods; you're out there walking, jogging, running, or hiking

Young or old, male or female, we love the feel of the wind at our backs and the earth beneath our feet.

So grab your gear and get out the door, the trails await!
