I agree with Vicki (VRWH) that eating the main meal at lunch and a light snack (before 7pm) has really helped me take off the weight.Smile

I agree with eating your main meal at noon. I have to have the snack before 6 or I gain. If I eat more at noon I tend to not want sweets in the evening.
