Good Morning, I am starting again on ww. I have lost 11 lbs so far and need to lose about 35 more. Need to start exercising. So here goes. Wish me luck.

Way to go... a tip that worked like a charm for me was eat 70% of all your daily food before 3pm and eat nothing after 8PM (not even a grape)... and you will lose even more  Vicki
