Hi Just joined this group. I'm also starting anew. I have about 35 more pounds to lose. I lost 25 last summer but with some health issues fell off my plan. I kept eating mostly healthy but gained two pounds back so still have a ways to go. Took a couple of weeks but used up the foods in my frig and freezer that don't fit my 1200 calorie plan and restocked with foods that do. Lots of veggies, fish, lean protiens, tofu, and beans were on sale for 39 cents a can last week so I have a supply. Back to exercising and trying not to be a couch potato in the evenings after work--I'm at a desk all day.
