I seem to keep up with my diet during the day but become ravenous at about 1am and eat a no-fat yogurt-so that's ok- but I also "woof" down about 1.5 cups of granola at 500 calories. I then go right to sleep with a full stomach and 2 pounds heavier/week. UGH.Shock Embarassed Mad

You can check out my diet... I used to have the same BIG problem as you. Huge cravings at night. I cut out WHEAT and it made a huge difference. Read the book "Wheat Belly" and you will see why it works. I have struggled with 19 different diets and the one I working with now is working with NO cravings (the only one)and I'm losing again. Basically I'm following JJ Virgin's Diet (new book) and eating my main meal before 3pm. Have a look Very Happy I've lost 12 lbs since February 14th.

Thanks VRWH. I've seen the "Wheat Belly" book in the stores so I'll check it out. I hadn't heard of JJ Virgin's book...I'm so glad to see you've lost so much weight-you get 12 "atta girl"s for that effort!
