Hot day on the golf course so I drank a lot of water. It showed up this morning on the scale. Today should be a good day so the pound should come off as water is not needed. See you tomorrow. :)

Great day to be alive but not a great diet day, 1 pound gained but it was worth it. I need a break every once in a while and this was it. Today is another day.
