Hi! I'm not sure if it's 10-15 for me but seriously, I'm 'down' to 170 now from a long maintained 175 and I think 10 more pounds is allI could maintain. I'm extremely active, I began running 5 years ago and run 3x a week, cross train the other days, walk every day. Every extra pound but 2 is on my midsection and I absolutely HATE it anymore. I'm also going to do my second full marathon next June and I have learned that every five pounds equals about 10-20 seconds/mile difference. I feel comfortable that I now have a good handle on what, when, how much to eat-- is commitment-- and NOW (3 whole weeks!) I only consume alcohol on weekends!
