A New Regime
I've got the cardio covered but the strength training is not up to my goal. Will definitely add another strength training tomorrow!

reached my goal
I belong to weight watchers. I FINALLY reached my goal. I'm actually 2 1/2 lbs. under my goal.. Now to keep it off but I do exercise everyday.:d

Frustrating
I also find that getting good exercise in the routine is difficult when one also has academic goals, and commitments to kids academic and extracurricular goals. I am, like you, 3 to 4 pounds above my ...

Almost to my goal weight
Weighed this morning and boom another lb gone. Us over 50's can do it. Can't wait to try on my daughter's jeans.
